Electronic Prescription Service (EPS); is an NHS service which allows us to send your prescriptions electronically to a pharmacy of your choice (near to where you live, work or shop). This allows you to collect your repeat prescription direct from your regular collection point without returning each time to your GP surgery to pick up your paper prescription.
We offer repeat dispensing. You can order through your local pharmacy and the NHS App.
Prescription line 01482 658918; is for patients aged 65 and over or who are housebound and is open between 12.00pm and 2.00pm.
Patients under 65; Repeat prescriptions can be requested in person by completing a request slip and placing it in the box at reception, by posting the completed request slip to the surgery, using the Online System or through their local pharmacy.
