Clinical Commissioning Group
NHS East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for planning and buying health services for people living in East Riding of Yorkshire.
Established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012 on 1 April 203, our ambition is for all local residents to receive better care, more locally, within budget through transformation. We are a clinically-led membership organisation made up of 36 general practices that serve a registered patient population of 301,745.
We put local GPs at the heart of deciding what health services local people need and receive. All of our GPS use their experience and knowledge to influence and shape the decisions we make.
We are a listening and learning organisation. We recognise the vital role played by patient, Carer and public insight, involvement and inclusivity in continually driving up the quality of NHS care. involve is our patient and public network providing an opportunity for people who live in East riding of Yorkshire and who use local health services to learn more about the NHS and be closely involved in shaping local services.
